- The repair — Done on an anti-static (ESD-safe) bench with OEM or certified Tier-1 parts.
- Test & warranty — We test everything before you pick it up, and the parts carry a 90-day warranty.

Which carriers can I activate in-store?
Telus, Koodo, Freedom Mobile, Chatr, Lucky Mobile and Public Mobile, prepaid or postpaid. Bring your phone and photo ID and we can usually get you going the same day.
Will my number transfer?
In most cases, yes. Bring your current account details and we'll move it over for you.
Prepaid and postpaid
We sell and activate SIM cards and plans, and we do top-ups. Prepaid is good if you want to control what you spend: no contract, cancel any time, no credit check, no hidden fees, no overage charges.
