How to choose a phone repair shop in Langley

Ask what grade of part is going in
Screens and batteries come in several grades, and the price gap between them is big. OEM and certified Tier-1 parts match the original for brightness, colour and touch. The cheapest aftermarket panels often don't. Any shop should tell you which grade it's fitting, and what that means for your phone.
Ask if the diagnostic costs anything
What looks like a dead screen can turn out to be a loose connector or a dying battery. We diagnose for free and quote before we start, so you're deciding with the real number in front of you.
Ask how long it takes
iPhone screens and batteries: usually 30 to 45 minutes while you wait. Android OLED screens are a different job. The panel comes off on a heat machine, gets re-glued and sits clamped under pressure while it cures. That's 3 to 4 hours. If a shop promises a 20-minute Android OLED repair, they're skipping one of those steps.
Ask what the warranty covers
Ours is 90 days on parts. Simple, and you can hold us to it. Be wary of "lifetime" warranties with no terms attached.
Ask where the work is done
Some shops send devices away and you wait days to get them back. Ask whether yours stays on site. We repair most phones, tablets, laptops and consoles right here in the shop, on an anti-static (ESD-safe) bench, so iPhone screens and batteries can be done while you wait.
Check the basics
A real street address, posted opening hours and a phone number someone actually answers all matter. So do recent Google reviews that mention the repair you need. If a shop can't tell you what part it's fitting or what the warranty covers, keep looking.
